Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for your interest in my invitations! I would like to assure you that your order will proceed smoothly and if you have any concerns, please ask questions. Outstanding customer service is very important to me and I would like to assure you that your order will be completed on-time whether you place your order on-line or in person. 

I accept on-line ordering but you will not find a "shopping cart" because of the many variables. To order on-line, please complete the information on the "Place An Order" page.

Depending on the size and complexity of your order, the time of year, as well as availability of studio time, two to eight weeks is usually required to complete your order but if you need your order sooner, please discuss your requirements with me. Once a decision is made to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to begin work on your order. Once your wording is decided on, an electronic "proof" in your desired font(s) and style in a PDF format will be usually be ready within a week for you to sign-off by email or regular mail if you prefer. You are free to make as many changes as you wish up until I receive your final approval when no further changes will be permitted. Your order will generally be ready within four to eight weeks and I will contact you when ready for pick-up or delivery. Delivery will generally take anywhere from two to seven days depending on your delivery address but please keep in mind addresses outside of Canada may take longer so please plan accordingly.

Your final payment is due when you pick-up your order or prior to delivery. If you have any questions about your order, please refer to the FAQ page of my website or contact me with specific questions. I accept Interac Email Money Transer, personal cheques, bank drafts, money orders or PayPal using your major credit cards or bank account (without revealing your financial information). PayPal is the same payment system used on eBay.

You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
