After taking a break from a fast-paced career in construction management, I decided to work from my home. For several years in my spare time, I have been crafting handmade greeting cards for family events, birthdays and holidays. After creating the invitations and coordinating items for the 50th wedding anniversary celebration for my mother and father-in-law in the fall of 2004, family and friends kept telling me I should start up a business. So I did!
